(November 25, 2019, 9:04 pm)If you would like to meet your fitness goals this is a great place to go. As far as nutrition goes I wouldn't recommend their meal plans. There's no one size fits all when it comes to nutrition. Get to know your own nutritional needs and what works for you in order to fuel yourself with nutritious whole foods.

(December 14, 2018, 6:50 am)Just completed my 10 week transformation challenge and I am extremely happy with the results. Special thank you to Sanja and kurtis for the motivation and the meal plans, couldn't have done it with them and the support of my better half.
We look forward to returning for the second challenge in January.

She made me feel like i was capable of anything and helped turn my life around for fitness and food. I strongly recommend this place, they are super encouraging and supportive of everyone no matter what level of fitness you are at:)
