(February 26, 2020, 7:15 pm)Crystal (the manager I believe), is amazing. She is so sweet, helpful, and accommodating. You can tell she has so much passion and works very hard to ensure everyone is taken care of.
Some things I highly recommend as I can see on the Google reviews and what other people have been saying is this:
If you are not going to be available (closed for lunch on certain times, gone on vacation, closed for renovations etc.). You need to leave it on the voicemail and/or post on social media (create a Facebook or Instagram page), where people can look and see if you are open. Your hours on Google say they are and then when I call, it always says you are closed but never a reason why. People aren't going to drive to your clinic to find out why you are not picking up the phone (if you are putting a note on the door). That is the main concern I have and will be talking to you guys in the future about a couple other things that have made it very difficult for me to schedule or communicate with the office. I know we are all human and are not perfect but I think it's important to talk about these things so we can improve and adapt to the changing times. Thank you for everything you guys have been able to do so far! -

(October 16, 2018, 7:55 pm)front desk ladies are amazing, very helpful and Dr. Zubi is amazing with kids and a wonderful pediatrician. Currently pregnant and can't wait for him/her to meet my baby.

(October 1, 2018, 5:45 pm)did my practicum there and the girls were very friendly and knew what they are doing. The manager is amazing very personable and kind. The doctors are just as great as the front staff. Wish they would have hired me but they were fully staffed. Thanks so much for the great work experience.
