(March 29, 2020, 2:39 pm)Paul is fantastic to deal with. I took my Janome MC6600 to him for a cleaning and any maintenance, he called me 2 days later saying it was done. The machine runs better than it did when I first bought it. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and is the only person I'll now use.

He will show you what is wrong and help you fix it yourself if that is what you want. Paul is a sewing Angel. People I cant say how grateful I am to him for helping me get back up and running quickly!
