  Great service! We have used this company 3 times this past year as we have been having trouble with our hot water tank. They are always responsive and were able to provide prompt service. Wayne recently helped us on our most recent service. He was professional, and informative. He provided great customer service and fixed our problem immediately.

  All of our concerns were addressed and rectified with the superb customer service we received. Gentleman Plumbers conveniently switched out a leaky tub faucet for us and I would use this company again. I would highly recommend this company because they clearly care about their reputation and customer satisfaction. I would especially like to recognize the performance and effort of the current manager, John, as he went out of his way for us to ensure that we received exceptional service.

  Kyle was excellent! He took the time to show the me the work he was doing and the pricing was reasonable. He treated my home with respect and cleaned up really well. I will use this company again.

  Called them and got same day service for backed up toilets and sump. Jesse came in and was very knowledgeable and polite. Went over all the steps necessary to do job and completed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

  We have a boiler and old radiators in our house instead of forced air heat. When our system was having problems, other companies sent people who didn't have the knowledge or motivation to tackle the problem properly. Our heat failed in November so we called these guys.
  
  The receptionist was extremely positive and was able to work their scheduling system to see us on a Sunday night on a long weekend. She was patient, understanding, professional, and just straight up pleasant.
  Were I to freeze to death in real life, this is who I would call to make me feel better.
  
  I talked to Jeff on the phone and he made sure that he had a good handle on our problem. He was honest about boilers being more challenging to diagnose and repair, and he was also professional and patient when hearing out my concerns.
  
  The people who came to our home were Dan and Kyle. These guys approached the problem with the methodical determination that defines proper Albertans. They were upfront about what they were going to do, how that would help them diagnose and solve the problem, and how long it was going to take. There were a lot of old parts in our system, but they made sure to get everything done properly. Even with our annoying cat occasionally waltzing in to ask for attention, they were always polite and professional.
  
  Bottom line, these guys and this company answered the bell and got the job done right.
