Koch Ford Lincoln Service

Amazing service and Coordinator. Way better than Waterloo ford Lincoln.

So writing a review again after receiving a call back from the Assistant Service Manager of Koch Ford. It was good to hear from a company who takes Google reviews very seriously.
Pointers from the call :
He had apologized for this experience and had asked to visit again to make things right. I would have to give that a thought as the last 2 experiences have not been the best with tire change.
Hidden cost could be any thing from Tier bags to oil products for oil change , etc.. If this is a recurring cost with any service then i suggested that, it should be added in the main cost rather than being as other charges.
I would be giving Koch Ford just to see if there has been any changes as he had mentioned. until then i shall stick on to my original review.

I am giving the feedback call a good rating as that needs some recognition for sure. Blair thank you for your call.
