  After having a very unpleasant experience at a Tims just down the road off Ellersile 103a st, I've decided to come here from now one. Yes you pay a little more but the staff are so friendly and I always leave with a smile on my face. Besides I've always found starbucks coffee to be above the rest. I stop by here everyday and will continue on to. Thank you tim hortons for hiring horrible staff and reminding me what great customer service is like.

  AMAZING customer service, from every employee :-) The atmosphere is very welcoming and functional as well, if you need to do any work. I love this place! I work next door and they just brought me a tea for no reason! Just to be amazing :-) Thank you Starbucks Heritage Valley!

  Stopped in for a quick coffee. Co-workers were friendly, helpful and efficient. They really had a cohesive happy vibe while working together. Shop was clean and everything was stocked and full.

  Very good seating. If you can get past the large area that is just spacious. But very distraction free for the most part. Great place to study
