    Friendly staff, clean environment however wait times can be excessive as it is a very busy lab. Appointments are recommended but they do accept walk-in patients. Standard blood tests and samples. They also have ECG testing on site.

    Great staff, had a walk in and had no hassle whatsoever... The wait was short and everyone was friendly. Clean environment. Hit the vein first shot is also a bonus.

    I have gone here out of convenience a few times. It's two blocks away from my house. Today when I went I handed over a blood request from my doctor for fertility in Ontario. He specializes in this procedure. Without hesitation the nurse took all my information down and asked me to wait. I did. As I got called for my turn I went up provided my ID and asked 1. How long do results take. She responded a few hours. 2.how do results get posted or back to my doctor. She said on Netcare which I didn't know at the time was only Alberta wide. That out of province results get mailed.. Which can take days for heavens sake. These results normally come within the day. And they are to determine in a time sensitive matter if I am pregnant or not.. Holy Hannah who wants to wait another week to get those result. I am shocked at the lack of thoroughness this woman had. If I were in her shoes which I have been before working in the same field. I'd be helpful and happy smile once in a while and not hope to God my client doesn't notice something that may take me a few minutes to explain.. My God so after I noticed this mishap I went back into the Dynalife and waited in line again only to talk to the same woman and oh yea well I can give you a number to call. And you'll need this accession number when you call and they can fax it to your doctor for you... Are you serious! Thank you for you devoted kindness and over the top quality assurance ma'am. Next time I want friendlier staff and good quality service I will go elsewhere.
