Doctor Mohamed A. M El Mahgiub is the best doctor I've visited in Edmonton, he heard everything I said, he respected my rights to see a specialist, he explained me that I wasn't forced to chose him as my family doctor that I would go to others if I didn't feel assisted and he took notes of every single word I said about my past problems as possible. As I arrived early he attended me before my time because there was no line up, nobody waiting, he just finished attending a family and then came to attend me. I'm sure other people might have reason to complain about others doctor, I even have a complain about one of the assistants, she didn't even look at me when I was talking, she was so rude, even when I showed a smile trying to break that wall of rudeness that she built on my first visit there, I believe that we give what we want in return, if I want gentleness give a smile as sign of gentleness, I say good morning or have a good day, may God be with you all, so nobody will have an excuse to treat me bad. In my second visit the other assistant was so kind, while the first one continued in her rude world, it seems she is in menstruation cramps all life long. So, well, yes, the clinic is not perfect like every working place, some people is good and some people are pain in the butt, but I didn't go there to see the assistants, I went to be assisted by the doctor and he heard and respected and have my health taken care. So I got it.
