Dr Darryl Tkachyk

I have been going to see Dr. Darryl for my annual checkups and cleanings for many years now. He is very professional, friendly and he always treats his patients like they are part of his family. My kids also see Dr. Darryl and to my amazement, the kids will allow him to check and clean their teeth with minimal effort!

Although I have not experienced all of his services, it is nice to know that if I ever have any major dental concerns, Dr. Darryl will be able to take care of most if not all my concerns without having to outsource to other specialized dentists. Most procedures are all done in house.

When I first started seeing Dr. Darryl, he had recently taken over the business from Dr. Schewchuk who was retiring. The office had a small, closed in, yet warmy feel to it. Dr. Darryl had a vision. He was able to expand and update the storefront, renovate and replace the old dentistry equipment with new updated, state of the art technology. (What I like best is the ultra low radiation X-ray machine which sends a digital image of the teeth to the computer in the treatment room; the low radiation really puts our minds at ease as parents). Now the office is now roomier, bright, open, amazingly clean and very welcoming. You can actually see the local community brighten up due to Dr. Darryls transformation of the dental office.

Hilda, Dr. Darryl's receptionist, is fantastic. She is calm, friendly, and always takes an interest in you and always asks about the kids. She shares her stories and is genuinely nice person!

The dental assistants at his office are very professional and work well together. They treat you and your family with respect and provide you with the most professional care available.

Dr. Darryl and his staff really believes in supporting the local community. There are many great local shops in the area that receive a boost due to his presence in Beverly. Everyone at his office continually boasts about the great people and stores in the area that create an amazing community culture.

If you need a dentist, consider Dr. Darryl and his team. He will treat you well, and give you the respect and the professional care that you deserve.

I have used Dr Darryl, "the Dentist's Dentist" numerous times. His professional approach to dentistry and patient experience is the best I have ever experienced in Western Canada. From booking to actual appointment you feel expertly cared for. He respects your time(no long waiting in the wait lounge), and conducts the appointment himself. Quite often, he'll be doing the cleaning and check up. He is respectful to his staff and well liked by his staff. A very good indicator of the character and integrity of Dr. Darryl Tkachyk. I highly recommend him and his dental practise to all who wish to be looked after by a professional. Keep up the great work Dr. Darryl!

Dr Darryl and all of his staff are amazing! Our entire family sees him and we have had great experiences every time. From a cleaning to fillings to brace referrals and even my husband having to have a new tooth implant done. Excellent every time. I hate Dentists and cleanings, but this was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and bantered, they never asked me a non yes/no question unless they took the tools out of my mouth, they even gave me sunglasses so the big light wasn't too bright. Much less stressful experience for someone like me who stresses about dentists... and I felt taken care of. He assured me that my concerns weren't a big deal, and I'm sure that if they had been, I'd have been able to understand the process. The prices were fine, and they submitted to my Blue Cross insurance on site so I didn't have to pay up front. I will definitely be keeping this practice as my family dentist long term.
