  Robert thank you for the response. It was nice to see you responded without me calling you guys for a change. The story isn't a 100% true as I contacted your staff via phone no return call and then emailed you long after the fact. Again you said in your response you tried to rectify. That's not totally true as we agreed you would be paying half for the tires but you declined to send me the check for the half. Then I wrote the rating. I was more then happy to work with you guys. Kevin even told me that I have been reasonable. You decided to help in December then ignore the deal and declined . If you'd like to rectify our agreed deal and send me the check for $720.00 as agreed. Then you my friend are a man of your word. Thank you JH

  Sam R made my experience at Ericksen Infiniti a pleasant one. He along with Robert were able to get the price I wanted in a relatively painless fashion. I would have no problem recommending them in the future.

  Great customer service, Mike T. was very accommodating and continues to provide after care service. They were willing to negotiate the price and the dealership is extremely professional place to walk into. Everyone from the receptionist to sales, to service was great to deal with.

  I had a fantastic experience buying my 2018 Infiniti Q 50 sport. Becker, Jordan, Matthew and Andrew were all awesome.
  
  Everybody was super friendly and made me feel very important. I left there feeling very happy and proud of my new car. All of my questions and concerns were taken care of.
