I had an excellent experience here. Very new hotel and clean facility. Breakfast was above average. Prices are very reasonable.

Really great service! Modern rooms and very clean with really big TVs! Wifi could be better but everything else was perfect.

Lots of electric outlets ( with USB Ports built in ), for charging phones and tablets. Good variety of board games, and a pool table, in a very spacious lounge. Decent sized pool. Soap dispensers on the walls by the sink, and in the shower. Very modern design ( 4 months old when we were there June 2019 ). Breakfast was good!

Best service I’ve ever received at any hotel, and I travel quite frequently!!! They reopened the breakfast bar and personally printed documents I needed for work. Completely changed my mood after a late night of travel. There was also great ambiance, cleanliness and comfort. All of the employees need recognition and a raise!!! I The manger on site knows exactly what hospitality means. I felt right at home. (My stay was June 16-17)

Prime definition of a brand new place that still has some flaws. Don't get me wrong it is definitely modern and up to date with all the new and cool stuff. The lounge area is probably the best thing you could come across. A pool table which is first come first serve. So expect to wait hours when there's kids playing... Some board/family games. Booths and tons of couches with a couple of hammock chairs. Breakfast is awesome tons of choices. Swimming pool is a bit smaller than your average pool. No jacuzzi. Rooms are smaller than your average hotels. Super 8 has larger rooms and much cheaper. TV tends to lose signal sometimes for some reason and have to go back and forth through channels. A/C is not user friendly and mostly unresponsive on the dashboard. Soundproofing is below average. Doors have weak springs and thuds/vibrates the entrance walls. Kids playing or just obnoxious maggots walking like they got weights on their ankles above you. If you get a high level floor then it is the best you can get. Winds in the "Windermere" area are high. Windows don't have much padding so you will hear hums and the sound of boiling water on windy days... Overall not a bad place, but for the price of 120+ a night for 3 people it doesn't meet expectations. 7/10
