  First real success with an exercise program. I enjoyed the semi-private training I registered in. Classes are challenging, fun and always different. I had three goals: recovery from an injury, establish a morning routine, and overcome chronic exhaustion. These goals were met! And as a bonus, I also lost significant weight and inches. Thank you Karla and Camille!

  Been working with YBYW for just over 1 year. You will find the Karla, Christine, Vannesa and George to be very knowledgeable regardless of your level and very engaged providing direction on correct technique and constructive feedback throughout the sessions. For those interested in Triathlon, Karla has a fountain of experience. Go for it!
