She could see our vision and helped make it come to life. From flooring, to tile for our shower and backsplashes, it all came together beautifully. Here's how it went for us. We decided we would like to replace the carpet on the second floor and on the stairs leading up. We called to arrange an appointment to measure the area. Gerry was great. He was on time and he was quick. A brief chat about options, carpet versus luxury vinyl, the pros and cons, and we set up a time to see Krystle in the Nufloors showroom. Again, great service. Krystle knew her stuff and offered lots of helpful suggestions. We came up with a couple of options and she priced them out for us. They were right on budget. We chose the luxury vinyl plank in barn board grey with a patterned carpet leading up the curved staircase to the second floor. Installation was arranged for the Thursday before Good Friday. Although they thought it might take two days, it was done in one day, which included tearing out the old carpet, disposing of it, removing the baseboards and then putting them back on once the floor was laid. Pretty slick. Left for work in the morning and by the time we got home it was done perfectly. What a seamless experience!
