Adrian called me immediately after I notified them, and he gave me some solutions to get my package shipped out faster.

They have a wonderful selection of coffee and accessories, and helped me put together a beautiful new pour-over kit for my new apartment. Adrian was very responsive and friendly, hand delivered my order himself, and followed up with me to ensure everything was as expected. I'll definitely be shopping with Gems again in the future!

The owner herself delivered it the same day, and called me up when he wasn't home to ask where to leave it. She is so kind, and so passionate about coffee that I might just buy myself a subscription. I don't even live in the province 😅

(May 10, 2022, 6:03 pm)Love trying different coffees from various roasters. Starting to understand what I like and don't like, although there hasn't really been much I hated. Everything has been really good so far!
It's super interesting how my favourite coffees have been my boyfriend's least favourites and vice versa. Might have to get separate subscriptions and tweak our requests now that we've got some notes to go off of!
Super friendly when they drop off the coffee and helpful when I have emailed them questions. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking to find the best locally roasted coffees! -

So far I have received two deliveries: each had a bag of coffee, and some surprises like chocolate covered coffee beans and a sample of another coffee bean to try. I truly love the unique coffee selections based on my preferences I indicated when I signed up. I love that I can update my preferences so that I can truly explore all the wonderful local coffee roasters. Gems of Edmonton also has a great social media presence where they share fabulous information about all things coffee. I went this route because as I much as I love coffee, I found I was sticking to just one roaster and one flavour. This way, I can truly explore all coffee and that's a real treat!
