(May 18, 2022, 4:33 am)Ally Christie was very professional and took the time to show my daughter different exercises that she can do at home to help her recover from her ankle injury. I love how she didn’t push for a follow up visit. She left it up to us to decide when we wanted to come back, which we will be back for sure.

(May 3, 2022, 2:17 pm)This space is great, lots of room and privacy. Ally Christie is amazing at what she does. I often hesitate to book until pain is severe thinking diagnosis will be difficult, but I took a chance with a dull nagging pain and she figured things out. I left our first appointment without the nagging pain and a good plan... and with the usual thought in my head "Why did I wait so long to book?".

She is a careful listener and develops an plan of action to being to address the health issue in the short and long term. What I really appreciate are the components of ensuring you are able to help yourself. Ally describes the exercise and movements, demonstrates as needed, runs through them physically with you and then follows that with practice repetitions. Aside from the obvious professional skills, I left the clinic today with confidence, knowledge and hope that I can improve my health. To that end, I have a commitment to practice what I have learned from Ally and I owe that to her dedication. Thank you!
