(May 13, 2022, 9:46 pm)I've started working here for a month now and Spencer has been very patient and caring with me. I might be new but I feel like family already and I'm learning how to be the best assistant!
He's tough on me, but also understanding. Sometimes I have appointments and he's very flexible with allowing me to go to them! I have a lot of questions but he answers them as best he can about real estate! (I think I might be a little annoying) He has a lot on his plate so I might have to poke him a few times but he's always happy to answer my questions! When I panic, he makes sure to call me and take me step by step through the process.
I've been working hard, so I hope to be here to see the company grow (and me as well!) Thank you Spencer for giving me the chance to work for you! :)

Spencer’s work ethic is unmatched, he’s very passionate about his clients. He’s honest which is important a lot of people lack that when conducting business. He’s always went above and beyond to when working with him on any project. Spencer is caring for those around him and very knowledgeable he works tirelessly to educate himself to be able to present the best opportunities for his clients. He helped us in buying a property which is very difficult considering the current market trends with multiple offers and bidding wars going on single family detached homes. Also he puts extra efforts and come prepared with all the resources when viewing any property and gives his honest feedback which helped us in making informed decision. He helped me purchase my first home and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. He found the exact home I was looking for according to the list of needs I laid out. We were able to put an offer down and have it accepted on the same day it was listed, beating other offers too! A realtor that pays attention to detail, but still helps you act fast is important in this current market. 5/5.
