I have never seen him this excited for a program he has participated in before. He wants to continue with the program after the 6 weeks is done. The trainers are fun, friendly and really encourage the kids.

Our two boys have been working with Matt and Nick on ice (hockey) and off the ice (strength and conditioning) for 2 years and we are always impressed with their development approach. Smart, creative and fun these coaches really know how to connect with our kids and get the very best out of them. Excellent program and most importantly our boys love going. Highly recommend!

(January 13, 2022, 9:59 pm)I had the awesome opportunity to further my education in Athletic Development and Coaching Strength and Conditioning through the Chestermere Speed School Internship, and I could not be happier to have participated as well as learned from Nick and Matt. They are two of the smartest and most forward thinking people and coaches, which reflects in their students (interns) and their athletes. The quality and depth of lessons is very educational and proceed lots of interesting information regarding athletic development and S&C.
I highly recommend any opportunity to get involved with Chestermere Speed School, whether you're a student, coach or an athlete! -
