(March 8, 2022, 3:14 am)"Hidden" gem, I didn't even know this mall had an interior let a lone a basement. As long as you read what the hours of operation are and abide by them there isn't an issue.
Enter the building by the Happy Cup smoothie place and head towards the back, once inside there is good signage.
My only "complaint" is there is no external signage, but they will be rebranding soon, so that can be excused. -

(March 5, 2022, 1:57 am)I had no problem picking up my package and no problem with communication. Pretty simple, I texted, she answered and I went and picked it up. Easy. Pleasant experience and wasn't hard to find the store. Have another package arriving soon and I assume it will be just as easy, so don't stress about the negative reviews like I did. Not necessary at all :)

(November 17, 2021, 3:14 pm)I haven't physically shopped here before but I bought a few items from Wish that this store had. I opted to Local Delivery option since I don't live close, plus it's free and convenient. Every time a nice and friendly woman comes to my house to hand us the packages. I believe she's the owner of the store and I appreciate her effort to deliver the packages herself. Also, the delivery is fast and always arrives within 24 hours of placing the order. This got me curious about what kind store this is and I would definitely check it out when I have the opportunity.
I would like to comment on other users that had negative experience for pickup on Wish. I had negative experience myself at several other stores where I had situations where they were closed during business hours or they couldn't find my package because they were very disorganized. In that case, you just simply have to cancel the order, get full refund, and don't shop there again. It's really their problem if they waste your time since they don't get the commission for your current order or in the future. I noticed those stores tend to get removed from the pickup listing.
