She made everything a breeze and even when we changed the type of book we wanted, because of colour, Andrea made it seem as if it were no trouble at all! Andrea went above and beyond to make sure the product made it on-time and found necessary back-ups. Even during the pandemic and peak holiday season, Andrea had her ear to the ground with regards to product and its every move, to make sure I had it in my hands by the date.
