(March 19, 2022, 7:35 am)If you are looking for a downtown Calgary building in a nearly 2nd to none location this is a good choice.
There are some issues, primarily the elevators and some lobby maintenance (stonework around the fireplace needed to be removed, Fire Alarm going off for pump issues, etc.) which is unfortunate for a building in this price range.
With that said, the staff are great, amenities are nice (though I wish the gym was 24hrs for night owls like myself) and the views from the upper floors are some of the best Calgary has to offer.
The units all have very nice finishes and appliances and the pre-installed Gb/s class internet is a nice touch, as are the discounts available to residents from Telus.
All in, We've really enjoyed our time at UpTen and would recommend it to anyone looking for an urban lifestyle.
