It's a small place in an office type building but they do a great job. Stephanie is amazing, in my first appointment she took a lot of time assessing what I needed and talking through how I could actually work towards fixing my issues, rather than 'just' the treatment I came for. Easy to book and a wide range of appointment types available too.

I moved to a new building and had to search for a new RMT which is some times difficult. Stephanie at Hands on Massage provided a great massage, right amount of pressure to work out the back and neck kinks. Thank you!

I have never left a review for anything before but I feel Tammy and her clinic deserve one. My husband has been going to see Tammy for a while and recommended me to see her for a long time. I have body issues and as a result I have high anxiety so I never wanted to go. We were in the mountains a few weeks ago and after a long hike, my back was done! I couldn’t get up off the bed. On a Saturday night, my husband emailed Tammy and told her what was going on with me and if I could see her asap. She responded immediately. She booked me in her first available time, which was about a week out but send my husband videos of YouTube stretches and a step by step instructions to provide me with massage to give me some relief. This all helped enough to get me out of the hotel and able to walk a little. When I went to see Tammy I was very nervous as I mentioned above. The minute I walked into her clinic, she makes you feel safe and calm. She has a way of completely making you feel at ease with her. The massage was unbelievably fantastic. She knows her stuff! But never once talks down to you, her style is slow and deep but the level of serenity her and the clinic provide makes you forget she’s coming at you with the force of a Viking on the battlefield. Also their high Covid protocols are still in place.I am so happy my husband found her and this gem of a clinic!

I first discovered Hands on Massage about four years ago. I was originally Tammy's client (and loved it) but her hours changed so I switched over to Andrew. I've been going to Andrew for about two years now and I have nothing but great things to say about him. He's extremely thorough, has great technique, and does a fantastic job working out the tough tension spots. I also appreciate that he lets me nap when I need to, and chats with me when I'm in a more social mood.

Finally, I know some massage places will book you in for a 60-minute massage but will then spend 15 doing "prep" (whatever that means). That is not the case at Hands on Massage. if you book a 60-minute massage with Andrew, your massage will last 60 minutes, and not a minute less. In fact, more times than not, Andrew has gone over the allocated time to ensure he irons out all the knots in my neck and back. He clearly cares about his clients, and puts their well-being first. I have recommended him to multiple people and will continue doing so!
