(May 16, 2018, 2:15 am)We currently live in this coop, and have many members who have lived in West Scenic Acres Coop for 25 plus years.
The location of WSA to highways, shopping, medical facilities is amazing. There is a bike and walking path steps from our front door; transit right outside the building which can take you downtown or shopping in a few short minutes.
We offer underground parking...imagine not having to brush the snow /ice from car or have to warm up your car during our cold winters.
,Members strive to build community and support one another within our Coop.We offer adapted units so those with mobility challenges are able to live as independently as possibly .
We encourage and support members being able to “age in place” with supports for members to stay in their homes for as long as possible
We offer educational opportunities for members and a chance to meet new friends and create new memories.
Come for a tour, meet some of our members, and perhaps you too can enjoys some perks as a Housing Coop member.
