(November 20, 2019, 1:11 am)We were having some behavioral challenges with our dog Sunny (18 months, lab x hound) and found WAGDogs online. After talking with Claire, we enrolled Sunny WAG Teen private program. As new dog owners, part of our inexperience meant we struggled to identify initial first steps to help Sunny understand what we wanted her to do. Claire was very engaged in ensuring we were spending the lesson on things we wanted to do, rather than a predetermined lesson plan. This allowed us to adapt what we were learning to what we needed and ultimately led to us achieving our goals with Sunny. Also, Claire provided detailed supporting documents that we could refer to during the week between lessons.
Overall, Claire was an effective teacher in showing us how to help Sunny be successful. It was a very enjoyable experience and I would recommend her to anyone in the Calgary area looking for a positive dog training environment.
Sunny has come a long way and we are pleased with the progress!
