(May 9, 2022, 9:45 pm)Highly recommend this Animal Hospital. Our 3 ½ year old dog got sick quickly. Our family vet recommended Trinity Hills, we took him in and he was admitted for the night, before we left the Vet that was working that afternoon went over everything they were recommending along with costs both on the low end and the high end (depending on what needed to be done) we got multiple calls from different Vets (whoever was working at the time) just to give us updates on what was going on. Unfortunately, our boy didn’t get better, at no fault of Trinity Hills, he had a really rough disease and we just couldn't get it under control. Dr. Sheri Clarkson was amazing throughout his treatment, constantly trying to figure out different diets/medication combinations to try and get him better. When it came time to say goodbye Allison from up front was incredible, she made the otherwise horrible and difficult process easier by being so kind and went out of her way to make sure we had enough time to say goodbye and answered any questions we had.

(March 31, 2022, 4:31 am)my cat ate some lilies and it turns out they’re very poisonous to cats and meant we needed a speedy trip to an emergency veterinarian :0 luckily we saw her eating the leaves, gave the office a call and got her to Trinity Hills within an hour of ingestion. really friendly, professional staff that definitely helped calm me down and explained everything to me very well. they gave me 2 updates a day going though the status of my cat and the measures they were taking to accommodate her anxiety in a new place. my cat came home today after a 2 day stay at the hospital and the total was almost 300$ less than the “low end estimate” they gave me, coming to only a 1,400$ bill which is very competitive for 48 hours in a pet hospital. it’s good to know lower cost veterinary care is available in the city and i will definitely be taking my cats to them again if emergencies come up. i definitely recommend them to anyone with cats.

(March 10, 2022, 3:21 pm)Very professional service. Brought my cat for an ultrasound exam. Got a call as soon as it was done and was provided with an extensive report by phone. The Vet really took time to explain me all the aspects of the situation. I was really impressed as time is usually big money in this kind on specialized clinic. That was a very good experience and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I am so grateful to have been led to this place. Not only was the Doctor so caring, and attentive- but the front staff was as well. Your animals will be safe in the hands of the team here. Thank you all.
