(June 28, 2018, 4:20 am)I have worked with these people additionaly before the big launch day it has been an amazing experience learning all these tricks that I never could've thought of or made myself. Its truly amazing how all these tricks work and how effective they are. Not only does this place teach you martial arts with surprisingly a very good price but it also teaches you to defend your self not fight others but defend your self. I really hope this place grows up to be known as a famous area for most people to join in. Its truly an amazing class. Highly recomend this place.

Best opportunity to practice and develop self defence by using various martial arts techniques...body strength, mental health...excellent way for kids to improve their focus, discipline, respect, good manners...
I do strongly recommend everyone to enroll this classes, excellent family fun!!! -

I was very impressed by how easy is to learn and how effective the techniques are! Perfect for kids and parents! Great bonding opportunity! Hope to see it grow and evolve for our community! It's fun, active and awesome exercise as well!

(June 8, 2018, 7:57 am)I am practicing with SOS Self defense since April 2018 , they are great. They have variety of techniques which are so effective and practical . It is easy to learn and perform , but need extensive training and practice along the way. I definitely suggest this sport for every body without any hesitate.

SOS Self Defense is a great Martial Arts sport where not only teaching to everyone's how to protect themselves but also teaching them how to react in different scenario with different techniques. It is the only place that are teaching to defend instead of fighting. We recommend this place to everybody wants to do some martial arts.
