I wrote to Rob at Rocky Mountain dog and within a week they shipped me a new one no questions asked and no charge.
Great service is hard to find and they certainly have great service.
I would definitely recommend buying dog products from this company. -

(April 3, 2022, 12:57 am)I love this company! Butch is adorable and a great little store helper! We bought the hiking backpack harness in xlarge for my shepsky mix. Rex Specs in xlarge and large for both my dogs. And a canmore leash which withstands my young 50 pound huskies crazy pulling. Everyone is very friendly and honestly I just love them and their products.

(January 2, 2022, 4:22 pm)Hi quality pet gear, friendly and helpful staff. Leash and harness are the best quality we’ve had and seems to put up well with the heavy hikes in the mountains or simple walks around the city. Highly recommend Rocky Mountain Dog!
