(March 17, 2022, 7:10 pm)Employees are friendly and it's a clean, easy to navigate store. However, I do most of my shopping by online orders, and I find that a lot of items say they are "in stock" or "only a few left" when in fact they are not, which leads to my order missing a bunch of stuff. Seems they have a problem with keeping track of inventory. When I call the store to confirm whether they have the product or not, an automatic recording comes on saying they are busy assisting other pet parents and aren't able to do stock checks..... :(
