I recently used Lawn-King for their deluxe package for spring clean up.
The team that came out was fantastic. They were fast, they did a good job and they did a great job on the clean up. The one person I talked to was very professional and friendly.
The reason for my rating comes down to their office staff.

My wife had a poor experience with one of the office staff who called her and gave her quite a lot of attitude because she wasn't home when they arrived around 10:30am even though we were told that they would arrive to our house sometime in the afternoon. I did discuss this with a manager Kateryna who was extremely friendly and very apologetic about the issue. But shortly after I was contacted by the office and was told we never paid.
My wife paid the bill by e-transfer as asked and to the email that they attached to the invoice.
My wife called them and was again told that we did not pay. She told them we did and to which email the money was sent. They said they would check and get back to her. 20min later she receives a text saying that no we didn't pay and for us to review our e-transfer history and to resend.

She then sent them a photo of the confirmation and a photo of the email she sent the money too.
She also asked them to check their email again.
An hour and a half later she was told that they found the e-transfer.

This was very inconvenient to try to prove that we did pay. I believe the office should do a better job confirming that the payment was received before making accusations of no payment.

I really liked the service we received from the lawn care team and when I originally booked the clean up but their office staff have left bad taste in my mouth and I don't think I will be using their services.
I wish I could say other wise and the lawn team did a fantastic job.

Great company! I reached out to them for a spring clean up. They arrived promptly, very friendly, completed the clean up, ensured everything was put back & driveway cleaned. Would definitely recommend them & will use them in the future!
