They really helped me out. I have a steep (but heated) driveway. It uses HBX controls to run. The vendor that originally installed it didn't know what they were doing and it never worked 100%. It was so frustrating. Finally I contacted HBX, they hooked me up with their local rep, and bammo, its been perfect ever since. Thank you HBX!!!
