(May 11, 2022, 1:11 am)I came 5 minutes before closing and the staff were still very welcoming and helped me take the bottles out of my car. Very fast, friendly service. Also, the amenities are unbeatable. I always go here. I will never go to other ones unless someone forces me to.
(April 9, 2022, 4:55 pm)All the employees are super friendly and helpful. They will help bring bottles in from the car or bring a shopping cart to you. When kids are in the building they will help them carry bags and lift them up. Help retrieve tennis balls. Definitely a family friendly place
(March 21, 2022, 8:14 pm)This depot is conveniently located near the Costco at East Hills. The staff often helps by bringing you a cart, filling and moving it into the building. The sorters are fast, efficient and accurate. Your refund is delivered from a cash dispenser. They follow covid protocols with masks and sanitizer dispensers. It's a "luxury" bottle depot.
