(April 29, 2022, 2:45 pm)The item arrived and is satisfactory but it took a full month to arrive, they were unresponsive to emails when the tracking number they provided wasn't working and I was asking for assistance.

Always carefully made - great attention to detail - and very well packaged (for mailing etc). You always know that you're getting value for money. I love that they are all made right here in Calgary - so we're "supporting local".
