(January 20, 2022, 11:50 pm)I was referred to these guys from a co-worker as i needed a gas heater moved in my garage office at home. They came out right on time, I even received a text telling me they were en route. They came in assessed the problem, suggested a couple of things and did the work for me quickly and efficiently. In addition they caught a couple of glaring issues with my set-up in my garage due to shoddy installation work from the original contractor. He made the required changes and adjusted everything and did a great job. Even dropped tarps over my computers to make sure no dust or debris fell, put things back once the work was done. All in all a pleasure to deal with this very well organized outfit. I will use them again to be sure. Even received an invoice and receipt via email and a follow up text. Very impressed.

(November 10, 2021, 11:26 pm)I had modern mechanical come out to install a garage heater. He showed up on time, did the install with no hassle for the agreed upon price with no hidden fees. They take care of the permits. Good value with a professional install can't ask for much more.
