I had been dealing with chronic lower back pain and tendinitis in my knee and it felt like a never ending battle. After many months of spinning my wheels going nowhere I began working with Dr. Fran and with diligent effort we were able to make such an amazing turn around. Dr. Fran was great at setting proper expectations and working with me to establish baseline goals and proper steady progressions to reintroduce movement I had previously been unable to complete due to debilitating pain. Because of Dr. Fran’s methods I can confidently lift heavy weight again pain-free and deal with moving throughout my days without worry. I 100% recommend Dr. Fran, she’s an exceptional chiropractor and you will not be disappointed!

(April 28, 2022, 5:54 pm)In 2020 I had sustained a pretty bad low back injury that had pretty much hindered me from lifting and doing any regular life activities (tying my shoes, walking, changing my clothes, etc.). I went to Dr. Fran Yip for help and guidance so that I could get back to doing the things I love and the normal life I had known before the injury. With her knowledge, exercise prescription and chiropractic services, I am now able to lift and participate in activities that I couldn't have done before.
Fran not only helped me get better, she helped me understand and learn what it was that I was dealing with. She goes the extra mile for her patients making sure they leave treatments feeling better and more knowledgeable. She's helped me tremendously in recovering from this injury and I could not have asked for anyone better than Dr. Fran in my road to recovery. -

(April 26, 2022, 3:01 am)When I started having issues with my hip, I booked an appointment with Terrace at Dynamic. Her ability to assess issues and to determine proper treatment is amazing! I arrived at my first appointment feeling quite discouraged. I left that appointment to the words “we’re going to get you back to doing what you love to do”. I left with hopeful, happy tears in my eyes.
True to her promise my hip is now pain free.
The new location at the Evolve Gym is Awesome! -

(April 20, 2022, 6:58 pm)Can not say enough great things about all their practitioners, they are knowledgeable, thorough and will help you move and feel better with the objective of treating and preventing injuries long term.
I recently saw Kevin for physio and he was extremely thorough and tried multiple methods to evaluate my shoulder pain. He was determined to find the root cause, which he did, and had excellent time management without rushing the appointment. He was very kind and empathetic towards the issue and also provided me with 'homework' drills to aid with this problem to avoid it reoccurring. I would recommend everyone and anyone looking for a practitioner to check out Dynamic! -
