(September 6, 2021, 4:37 pm)Mike is a very special person, who has had a huge impact in my life. 20 years ago I was invited to join him at a Wing Chun Kung Fu class and I was hooked from that point. I stopped trainging years ago but have stayed in touch with Mike ever since then. As he is a spiritual brother and it is always amazing to see how Mike has evolved and grown. He is very centred, grounded and truly is a leader in all that he does. His presence is calming and assuring. If you are ever interested in exploring the spiritual self, please take some time to speak to Mike. You will want to continue the conversation for hours and hours.

Mike really connected with me and helped to introduce mindfulness meditation to me - a real eye opening experience on my concussion recovery plan. Thanks Mike!
