(April 16, 2022, 4:21 pm)I don’t usually leave reviews, but this company impressed me so much with its top-notch and timely service. I had a problem with my dishwasher. It couldn’t clean the dishes any longer, so I wanted to know if it was still fixable or should it need replacement. The technician who inspected the unit successfully identified the problem and fixed it. He was so polite. He kindly explained the diagnosis and the steps he would take to resolve the issue. While he was there, I asked if he could look at our faulty garbage disposer, and he kindly obliged. Even though I asked him to do two tasks, the charge remained reasonable.

I love how the appliance service technician gave great advice on how to take care of our appliances, right after he finished our refrigerator repair. Kudos to this team for their good service!

She was alone with her younger siblings, and I was afraid that it might be dangerous to ignore the leak. I called this company to ask if they could come and fix the leak in the refrigerator. Thankfully, they quickly responded and sent a technician to our home. He was a trustworthy and reliable fellow. He promptly repaired the problem, and the leak was no more. I was on a call with my daughter earlier today, and she said the man was so courteous. She said he also cleaned up the place before going.
