Such an amazing place, communication was great and although I am ordering from Germany. They sent me all the books I needed wrapped with love. Great books and will definitely order again. My baby girl started to read the books already once they came in :)

I had such a great experience recently buying from Qunwa. The site was so easy to navigate and to shop different selections. They were very responsive with letting me know availability and when an item was expected to come available again which was pretty quick. Also I was amazed at how quick they shipped out my order after I had placed it. They were even kind enough to reach out and make sure our order had arrived and if we were happy with it. We were pleased with our purchase and the quality of the books and games we ordered, I definitely would recommend buying from Qunwa!

I highly recommend using Qunwa. I recently bought some Arabic books from them for my 4 yrs old daughter. All books including stories, Arabic letter cards and exercise books, Duaa cards all were of a high quality and my daughter loves them a lot. There communication and customer service is excellent as well.

Qunwa is an amazing company that recently opened up in Calgary serving parents trying to teach their kids Arabic Language. Frankly, serving anyone interested in learning Arabic and reading interesting books with simple language.

Customer Service:
They are very responsive and helpful. They answered questions quickly and professionally. The owner has knowledge of all the books in their inventory and worked with us to select age appropriate books for our children.
We had our books delivered, they came fast (we live in Calgary) and they were nicely packaged.

The ordering process:
Visiting their website was simple and straightforward. You can browse the entire collection, get information about the items and see sample pages where you can evaluate if the book and the writing is suitable for your intended use.
When we had further questions, the owner was quick to answer.
Payment was easy and they do accept multiple forms of payment making it easy for the customers.

Book Quality:
I can’t commend the quality of the books enough. The variety is impressive, the books are amazing in their print quality and beautiful designs and so far the ones we read or at least read the sample images seem to be well written.
