(November 20, 2020, 6:40 pm)Jose did an incredible job. I didn't have to leave the change room as he politely inquired what worked and what didn't, and then brought me new pairs to try. I've never had an experience like this where the sales representative goes so far out of their way to make sure I get what I need.
