The company was easy to contact and had the knowledge and expertise to give you honest and sound advice without charging any hidden costs like most similar companies do. Extremely professional and very accommodating. The technician who came out to fix my cross trainer was polite and helpful. The whole process from initial advice to post work follow up was excellent. In addition to this, the charges were extremely reasonable when compared to others. Would highly recommend if you have a fitness machine that either needs fixing or servicing.....

I was able to book a service call with very little wait time and at an extremely reasonable price.
I highly recommend this company!!! -

They were timely and did a great job.
Very professional and went through each piece that is adjustable to ensure we knew how to use.
I definitely would recommend and will use if ever required in future. -

Extremely reasonable charge to give life back to our 30 year-old treadmill. Randy, our technician, was honest in his approach and very thorough in regards to the maintenance. Great follow-up with Kenrick.
