We found our selves with bad advice and a forced contract with our previous broker. Our experience with Daryl was the complete opposite.
When looking for a new broker, we set up questions we knew we wanted answers to and send out a mass email to 10-15 brokers to judge responsiveness and procedure. Daryl was the first to reply and consistently was very helpful to get us to understand the whole process. Many did not reply to our email at all.
Daryl was not pushy at all and patiently answered all our questions and inquiries. We feel much more at ease with our current Mortgage set up and it is very much in thanks to Daryl. We will absolutely be recommending him to all our family and friends.
