(March 24, 2022, 3:59 am)Wonderful organization that helps the poor, the displaced, and the sick all around the 🌎. Currently they are very involved in assisting the citizens of Ukraine. 90% of every dollar donated goes directly to those in need. Only 10% goes to administration. A feat in this day and age.

(March 7, 2022, 3:26 am)I was able to volunteer 3 hours sorting boxes making sure all the shoeboxes had safe items in them if you want to Volunteer phone them they always have lots of shifts.

I recommend everyone take a few hours in their year to volunteer here and see how these Christmas Child Shoeboxes are packed, inspected and shipped. Or, if time is an issue, to please pack a box(es) and drop off at designated drop off sites or directly at Samaritan's Purse. Or, consider a cash donation. When I was here this week, I had to pause and pray and imagine the children who will receive the boxes I was inspecting. May the amazing and precious love of Jesus fill the hearts and minds of each child.

(November 28, 2021, 3:46 pm)Joan and myself had so much fun at our 1st volunteer job in 2020 that we decided to do it again in 2021.
Our twosome became a trio when Lydia came along.
It was an awesome night as we hadn't seen Lydia for a while.
Thanks to Katie who brought us along on her team.
God willing, we'll be volunteers at the next Christmas season.
