LTC far exceeded my expectations. They have a fully bilingual staff (Korean and English) with a specific expertise on the rules around importing and exporting goods to and from Canada. I had all of my stuff shipped over from Korea in a container, and LTC offered to deliver my items ahead schedule. This did not fit with my plans, so I was especially pleased with the very generous rates they offered in storing my items from Korea. They have excellent communication and provided courteous service. I was impressed with their level of organization and professionalism, which made this move go by very well. Their friendly service was really welcoming.
