He made personal and professional suggestions that made it super easy to book for a minor traveling alone and at a very competitive pricing. Overall, very pleasant experience and high grade of customer service. Wish I could give more than Five Stars to you Jassim. I’ll certainly recommend family and friends to you as well. He answered all my travel questions in a timely manner along with all my questions and concerns. He even helps and gets my visa applications done. Just wanna share my today's experience, I flew to Calgary last night and my another flight with westjet got cancelled and I had to stay there in the airport for 12 hours. Then, he helped me sorted out with my flight right away. He is such an amazing and wonderful person. I suggested everyone to visit there if you have any concerns related to flight or wants to book a flight.
