I've never been treated more like a person, rather than a number I'm guessing that's why they have grown to be one of the largest in the business. The staff that work the scales are very honest and straightforward with the prices are better than most on the lesser valued metals it makes a huge difference when you don't have a lot. I try to make sure my stuff is cleaned and organised to maximise my dollar and not hold up the scale too long. Empire metals is a Very professional run buisness in the ten years I have used their services I have never felt underpaid or like I've been short changed on my tally receipt. Thumbs up.√
