Quality of experience depends on who's working. Tonight I got a guy who was super rude and unhelpful. no recommendations, he was singing along to the radio and had no interest in being there. Whereas last week I got a guy who was awesome, made a great recommendation which I bought, I was in and out in 2 minutes with a great match. If you get the first guy it's one star, if you get the second guy it's five star — may the force be with you. ♥
