But Karyn Sunohara had experience with people who have my condition, and recommended elimination diets and lifestyle changes that yielded a significant improvement in my condition very quickly! She also followed up frequently and was always available to answer my questions over email. She is a very caring person and an extremely professional nutritionist with a lot of experience.

She has a very convenient online booking & portal system, and offers safe virtual appointments in these uncertain times! Highly recommended! 👍🏻 💝

(February 2, 2021, 2:56 am)Karyn has been such a joy to work with! She helped me gain weight when my morning sickness was all day and night sickness and gave me a ton of tips for BLW. When my baby became a picky toddler she helped me once again to ensure he was getting the most out of what he would eat. 2 pregnancies and 2 babies later! Karyn has been a fundamental part of my families growth. Forever grateful for her time and dedication to helping my family. I even got her book for my Mother and it has helped immensely! 10/10 would recommend!

(January 1, 2021, 11:49 pm)Karyn was a huge help when trying to wean my 14 month old from nursing. I was struggling as it didn’t seem like self-weaning was going to happen. She helped develop a plan for weaning, after we dropped the first feed my babe started dropping the rest of the feeds herself! We went from 6 nursing sessions to 1 within 6 weeks without any issues. I am very grateful for Karyns assistance and follow up care she provided for us.

(December 10, 2020, 8:39 pm)Karyn has been instrumental in helping us navigate my sons allergies and medical conditions over the past year. When we first found her, he was failure to thrive and VERY sick. Exactly 1 year later, his medical needs are stable and he is thriving!
She is so knowledgeable about foods, nutritional needs, and medical conditions and has been a huge emotional support in helping us navigate everything!
