(April 30, 2022, 8:02 pm)Just took my 2 boys there today. My 5 year old’s haircut is absolutely amazing! The gentleman there did it and he did an amazing job. My 17 month old on the other hand was a bad experience from the start. The older lady on the right hand side chair there cut it she did an absolute hack job on his hair.. she asked what I wanted done with it and she didn’t do it at all. It’s all the same length. Uneven. Claimed he was “too young” didnt adjust our capes, I had to do it myself. Cut the back of his neck with the razor. We have been to tommy guns before, (okotoks location) and they have done amazing with him. He actually sat better this time than he did at the okotoks location and still better done at the okotoks location. I would have done it myself if I knew it was gunna be this bad. I contacted them via phone when I realized how bad it was, they brought us back in and Mabel, was the one to fix it. She was actually able to fix it! Thank goodness. Super patient, kind and caring. Thank you!!

(March 31, 2022, 11:43 pm)My barber, Jov, and the branch manager, Fatima, delivered exceptional services. They went above and beyond especially in selecting the right product to use for my hair color. Haircut was very neat. Jov was able to execute what I’ve asked for. Fatima also did well on her suggestive selling of products with detailed explanation . I’ll definitely recommend the establishment and will definitely come back.
