After calling around a few places to get a gift engraved and being told they don’t do laser engravings on such a small order, I called Ariel and he was very willing to help. He offered to take my items outside of the listed hours on the very same day that I called and finished the engraving the very next day! It was beautifully done and he really went above and beyond. Thank you so much, Ariel! I’ll definitely come back for any future engravings.

(November 14, 2020, 12:10 am)I needed a small name plate made out of aluminum..phoned a couple of places before I contacted Ariel by email. Quick reply, outstanding service and provided good advice on what I wanted. Sent me a design for my review in less than an hour.
Name plate was done in half a day..exactly as promised and at a very reasonable price. -

Considering that they mostly do bulk orders, he made sure to accomdate our single order with the same amount of effort as with the others and spent some time installing our customized house number at home. The finished product is amazing and professionally done. The quality is outstanding and the design is more than what we are expecting. Highly recommended!! Thank you so much!
