As a wheelchair user, my first criterion in assessing a store is whether it is accessible. Yes, it is possible to enter the store. However, I was not able to get very far as there is so much stock in the store that the isles are barely half a metre wide. No one with a wheelchair or even a walker will be able to shop in here. Having said that, the owner was quite willing to go and get what I wanted and bring it to me. I was looking for dried Injera bread and indeed he did have it. But half the fun of visiting a store is perusing what is on the shelves and I wasn't able to do that.

Great store but they do have problems with professionalism and customer experience.
