I'm plus sized and I'm always nervous going into new places; I've had many experiences that were not positive. When I went inside, the greeting was friendly and immediate. The shop is bright, cheerful, clean, and nicely organized. Even though I had only booked 20 minutes prior, they had a fitter ready for me. I wish I could remember her name, because she was absolutely amazing.
I had a pretty good idea what bra size I was, but she measured me and then had me try one on in that size to be sure before we went and pulled a bunch of items to try on. She was very familiar with their product and how it fit, and she brought me sizes and styles based on that. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they have an amazing selection of products for my size range. I had intended to buy one or maybe two items, but I left with more than that because I found so many things that I liked. It was hard to stop shopping!
There were no comments made about my size and there was nothing implied either. I didn't feel pressured or rushed, and I left with items that fit perfectly and made me feel awesome. I'll absolutely be back for anything that I need to purchase, from everyday wear to the fun stuff :) -

(January 23, 2022, 4:29 am)Clean, beautiful store. Kind, helpful staff. Kinda' pricey - be ready to pay for good service and quality items. Parking is a bit if a pain to find if you don't know. Check the map and know where the one ways are.

(January 9, 2022, 6:56 am)Incredible one-on-one experience. The staff doesn't rush; they take their time to measure and search for the right thing based on what you need/want. I always have a great experience here. Good bras for high sizes are always pricey but I've found it to be well worth it! Thanks for being my go-to store. I always recommend Bratopia.

The facility is immaculately clean, love the spacious rooms and the wide variety of selections for every need. I am a definite return customer and a business referrer as well...
