(June 14, 2017, 4:15 pm)We had a pond installed by Babbling Brooks 14 years ago which we really enjoyed however we decided to remove the pond. After removing the pond I had lots of questions so I contacted Babbling Brooks on several occasions and they were always quick to respond and to find an answer for me even though I was no longer a customer. I was concerned about drainage, how to fill the pond and get it to settle as it was a very large area. Dean the owner came out on a Sunday on his own time to look at the area to be filled. Dean didn't rush me and he took his time to discuss any concerns I had and to provide suggestions on filling and grading the pond area. I have always been impressed with the customer service provided by Babbling Brooks, it is the only company I would ever use if I was considering another water feature.
